Big Wheel races gave kids a chance to check out the Seymour Tri-Oval Raceway up close.

Streets took to the track first with Eric Arneson taking the lead from the pole. Joe Van Ooyen pulled into the top spot on lap 3 before the first caution appeared on the next lap Van Ooyen maintained the top spot after the restart and was able to pull ahead a bit while the battle for the runner up spot heated up. Arneson, Shawn Van Ooyen, Jamie Van Ooyen, Joe Wittmann and Charlie Van Ooyen were staked up a car length behind the leader.

The race stayed tight, and got tighter yet following the final caution on lap 16, setting up a 5 lap dash to the finish. Arneson and Shawn Van Ooyen split and charged at the leader on the restart but Joe held onto the top spot while the battle for second stayed close to the finish. Joe collected his first career dirt feature victory in more than 30 years of racing with nephew, Shawn, edging Phil Hiles for the second place. Arneson held on for fourth with Jamie Van Ooyen and Troy Wilson rounding out the top six.

The IMCA Stock Cars were up next with Larry Karcz, Jr taking charge after the opening lap followed by Chas Van Ooyen, Jerry Schaalma, John Heinz, Jamie Colwell, Jerry Wilinski and Rod Snellenberger. Snellenberger moved quickly to the front, taking over second on lap 5, A pair of cautions bunched the pack on laps 7 and 10 and in between, Hot Rod took over the top spot from Karcz, to set the pace on the final restart.

Jason Czarapata, Greg Gretz, Kyle Fredrick and Brandon Czarapata were now in the lead bunch after the restart, and everyone was challenging to the front. Jason almost pulled off the triple outside pass for the top spot, but Hot Rod was strong enough to keep him in the runner up spot. Karcz moved back into second on lap 13 and the rest of the top 6 swapped spots to the finish. Snellenberger held the top spot to the end, collecting his second feature win of the season. Karcz held on for second. Gretz was third and Brandon Czarapata held off cousin Jason for fourth. Fredrick took sixth.

Greg Haney led the opening lap of the WISSOTA Late Model main before Pete Parker took over and started to pull away from the rest of the field. Randy Markwardt, A.J. Diemel, M.J. Hintz, and Terry Casey lined up behind the leader and stayed unchanged until a caution on lap 12. Casey and Diemel split to go around Markwardt on the restart and then pull up behind Parker. The pair hounded Parker, but he held the top spot until a final caution with 2 laps left, made for a thrilling finish.

Parker held the lead on the restart, but as the field exited the tri oval for the white flag, Casey and Diemel split to cross the line three wide. Parker, winner of over 100 features at the tri oval, let the experience show as he fought off both challengers to take the checker for his second feature win of the season. Casey, the current point leader, took second over Diemel. Hintz edged Markwardt for fourth and Nick Anvelink, rounded out the top six.

Jared Siefert took the lead for the opening 2 circuits of the IMCA Modified main followed by Mike Cole, Scott Mullen, Russ Huxford, Dan Deau, and Benji LaCrosse. Mullen pulled into the lead on the outside on lap 3 and started to pull away from the pack fighting for second. A spin brought out a caution on lap 5, but Mullen again pulled away from the pack as the battle for the runner up spot heated up after the restart.

Brain Mullen worked into fourth from the middle of the field and a three way battle developed with Siefert and Cole running the inside line and Mullen running outside. The positions swapped several times between them, allowing Scott to run alone out in front, and without another caution, took his second straight division feature win well in front of the field. Siefert won the race long battle to finish second with Brian Mullen edging Cole for third. Travis Spaulding settled for fifth and R.M. Van Pay, made the run from the back of the field to finish sixth.

Stan Adamski led the opening 3 laps of the 4 Banger nightcap with James Vanden Bogart, Matt Beyers Jasper Drengler and Greg Banker right behind. Banker and Drengler made their way to the front with Banker taking the lead on lap 4. Drengler stayed right with the leader hugging the inside line, The leaders swapped the lead a couple times while the point leaders, Marty Vande Hei and Todd Welsing made the way from the back of the field.

After a lap 8 caution, Drengler continued to lead and held on for his third feature win of the year. Welsing was almost alongside at the finish line, taking second. Banker held off Vande Hei for third. Justin Sobieck and Tim Jorgensen rounded out the top six.
