August 3, 2003; Seymour, WI - Even after over 8 inches of rain from Wednesday through Saturday, The Seymour Tri Oval Raceway was set for another night of racing on Sunday. But, by mid afternoon, a heavy thunderstorm dumped rain for over 3 hours forcing N.E.W. DIRT to pull the plug on their 4th event of the season.

This leaves 4 races on the 2003 schedule with all 5 divisions set to do battle every Sunday night.
