May 16, 2004; Seymour, WI - After a week of rain, a nice night greeted fans to a big night of racing Sunday at the Seymour Tri Oval Raceway. A field of 129 cars put on a good show on Kelsey Coatings night.

Roffers and Anvelink were joined by Troy Springborn by the mid point. They battle for second while Klemp, Buhler, Pete Parker and Terry Casey battled for fifth. Lapped traffic came into play over the final 5 laps and spread the field, but Diemel cruised to his first feature win of the season. Springborn ended his strong run with a second place finish over Roffers and Anvelink. Klemp, after picking up his first career late model win in his heat race, ended the feature holding onto fifth place over Buhler and Parker. Jasper Drengler made his way through traffic to take the lead in the 4 cylinder feature five laps from the end to win his second feature of the season. A caution with 2 laps left for a Matt DeWilde roll over in the tri oval bunched the field for a dash to the win. Drengler held off Ben Daoust and Tom Schmidt for the win. With D.J. Jorgensen, Rick Cleven and Eric Mullen rounding out the top six. DeWilde was no injured in the roll. In the Flintstone Race, the Street Stock division proved to be the best peddlers taking the second annual event.
